MC-8™: 3D Tissue Culture Made Easy

The MC-8™ is an 8-well, tissue culture chamber that enables the fabrication of 3D tissues in the absence of a support layer. The spanning tissues, without the support layer, allow mechanical stretching and clear optical-access for imaging. Customer specified cell types can be used for a 3D cell culture system with high content analysis.

Simple Fabrication: The MC-8™ makes forming and handling 3D tissues effortless, quick and reproducible. Tissues are ready for assays after 2-3 days of incubation and can be used for short and/or long term studies.

Assay Ready: Cells grown in three dimensions become sensitive reporters of their physiological states using biological indicators (dyes and probes). Compatibility with most plate readers makes the MC-8™ a versatile assay platform. The glass-coverslip bottom provides optimum optical accessibility for monitoring quantitative measurement of physiological states using dye, fluorescence and luminescence indicators.

Sample Portability: Easy and secure handling of fragile 3D tissue culture is achieved by the MC-8™ for culturing, assaying and storing.  It is no longer required to transfer fragile samples from one instrument to the other.
