IVS Inserts

IVS Inserts allow spanning engineered tissue formation in a standard 8-chambered coverglass. It is a versatile solution to achieve 3D cell culture for various applications including live cell microscopy, protein/gene expression assays and tissue construct implantation studies.

Flexible Design: IVS Inserts are designed to fit within an 8-chambered coverglass for microscopic analysis of cells as well as to perform cell and tissue mechanics measurements using the Palpator™. Tissues grown on IVS Inserts can also be removed from the chamber and grown in a different cell culture dish. Scaffod bars with spanning 3D tissue can be removed for suturing and implantation applications.

Applications: Cellular contractility and stiffness, tissue construct implantation studies, live cell microscopy and protein and gene expression assays.
